Spindle Speed Variability

Sample data collected every second for the Milling operation from the Siemens 828D controller. The above plot monitors the spindle speed variation over time and the limits capture the variation for a particular set spindle speed. The limits set are for six-sigma limit, that is the process is a six sigma process.
